Visitor Management System v2.0 Application

Visitor Management System (VMS), developed by Yasmin Teknologi Sdn. Bhd. is a program that allows users to track the traffic of visitors in a premise. Ideally, it would fit perfectly well in a guard post where all visitors have to pass through. VMS offers flexibility and simplicity in that it only requires a simple PC to run. It may also be used together with a Smart Card Reader to read information (Name, IC No., etc.) contained within MyKad which is issued by the Malaysian Government. VMS is also compatible with Sagem MSOTM300 Series Finger Print Scanner. These optional devices would be suitable in conditions where a higher level of security is desired. Also, being capable of generating reports, VMS can be used to scrap out the traditional pen & paper system employed in most premises. VMS was designed with the average user in mind, thus making it simple to use by anyone with basic computing skills.
